Mr. Bryan Emerson is Founder at Starlight Investments LLC, Partner at Texas Ventures LLC, and a Member-National Technology Committee at Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. He is an NASD-registered broker with extensive financial, marketing and project management experience in a variety of international high- and low-technology industries.
Recently, Mr. Emerson was elected to a three year term as one of the NASD's three District 6 Committee Members.
Mr. Emerson has developed a nation-wide network of Private Equity conferences, at which scores of companies have presented their value proposition to hundreds of individual and institutional investors.
He is also an entrepreneur, having spent time in the telecommunications field throughout the US and Latin America.
Mr. Emerson received his B.A. with Honors in Spanish and Economics from Hamilton College in New York and his M.B.A. from the Jones School of Administration at Rice University.
