The ACCT Foundation (Action, Chinese Canadians Together) is a non-partisan, non-profit charity dedicated to empowering Chinese and Southeast Asian Canadian communities to foster equity, inclusion, and civic leadership. The non-profit company is based in Calgary, Canada. The foundation focuses on combating anti-Asian racism and discrimination through a comprehensive range of programs, resources, and events, including leadership training, youth civic leadership grants, public appointments workshops, and civic leadership cohorts. It provides multilingual educational materials and resources addressing systemic racism, hate crimes, implicit bias, microaggressions, and COVID-19-related anti-Asian racism, tailored for diverse audiences. The foundation organizes events such as national roundtables and intercultural dialogues to discuss heritage preservation, social inclusion, and anti-gentrification strategies, and operates a COVID-19 anti-racism incident reporting center. Through partnerships with governmental bodies and organizations, the ACCT Foundation advances public awareness, research, and advocacy on racial equality, and encourages community engagement via volunteering and donations. The Canadian company was founded in 2017 by Teresa Woo-Paw.
