Mr. Ironside is a partner of Guardian and plays an integral role in conducting due diligence, leading new investment acquisitions, and working alongside portfolio company operators post-acquisition.
Adrian joined Guardian in 2008 and is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee, is Chairman of Western Protective Solutions, and is also on the boards of Carson Dellosa Education, and Direct Line.
Prior to Guardian, Adrian had an extensive professional career in technology operations and management, project management, and software development.
Spending eight years with Goldman Sachs, Inc. in its Private Wealth Management division, he had oversight responsibility for three business critical software development teams and rose to Senior Manager.
Adrian earned his MBA with a triple concentration in finance, strategic management, and entrepreneurship from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and his BS in computer science and mathematics from Morehouse College where he graduated summa cum laude.
