VSTECS Berhad is a Malaysia-based company, which operates as a provider of information and communication technology (ICT) products and value-added services to consumers and enterprises. It distributes a range of ICT products to both consumers and enterprises and provides IT services in the form of pre-sales, integration, and post-sales in support of the brands represented. It operates through three business segments. The ICT Distribution segment is engaged in the distribution of consumer ICT products to resellers, comprising retailers. The Enterprise Systems segment is engaged in the distribution of commercial and enterprise ICT products to resellers, comprising system integrators and corporate dealers. The ICT Services segment is engaged in the provision of ICT services. The Company distributes a range of ICT products comprises notebooks, personal computers (PCs), smartphones, tablets, printers, software, network and communication infrastructure, servers and enterprise software.
