Universal Robina Corporation is a food and beverage product company, which is involved in a range of food-related businesses, including the manufacture and distribution of branded consumer foods, production of hogs and poultry, manufacture of animal feeds and veterinary products, flour milling, and sugar milling and refining. It has also ventured into the renewable business for sustainability through its Distillery and Cogeneration divisions. The Company operates through three segments: Branded Consumer Foods (BCF), Animal Nutrition and Health (ANH), and Commodities. The BCF segment manufactures, distributes, sells and markets a diverse mix of food and beverage products. The ANH segment focuses on animal nutrition through its core animal feeds business. The Commodities segment operates through three divisions: SURE, which consists of the sugar, distillery, and cogeneration; Flour, which engages in flour milling and pasta manufacturing, and Others which include packaging and farms.
