H&R GmbH & Co KGaA is a Germany-based manufacturing of chemical and pharmaceutical speciality products. The Company’s two business activities are chemicals and pharmaceutical raw materials and precision plastic parts. It operates through three segments: ChemPharm Refining, ChemPharm Sales and Plastics. The ChemPharm Refining segment, which produces oils, technical and medical white oils as well as paraffins and wax products; the ChemPharm Sales segment, which produces plasticizers and wax emulsions and the Plastics segment manufacturing precision plastic parts as well as assemblies and medical consumables.
