Electromagnetica SA is a Romania-based company primarily engaged in the manufacture of measuring and testing equipment. The Company’s products include a range of electric and electronic equipment, such as electrical power distribution and measurement equipment; electrical and electronic assemblies for automotive industry; tools and moulds; metal and plastic assemblies; railway traffic safety equipment and light-emitting diode (LED) lighting systems, among others. Additionally, the Company is active in the distribution of electrical power, as well as in the leasing of land and rental of commercial and industrial real estate properties. As of December 31, 2011, the Company’s subsidiaries included Electromagnetica Goldstar SRL, Electromagnetica Prestserv SRL, Procetel SA and Electromagnetica Fire SRL.
