Through its wholly owned subsidiary, Wyoming Rare (USA) Inc., the Company is advancing the Halleck Creek Project in Wyoming, a rare earth deposit. The Halleck Creek Project is located in the Central Laramie Mountains, approximately 70 kilometers (km) northeast of Laramie, and 30 km southwest of Wheatland, Wyoming and covers over 3304 hectares (ha). Through its wholly owned subsidiary Wyoming Rare (USA) Inc., it controls approximately 367 unpatented lode mining claims and four Wyoming State Mineral Leases. Its 100% owned La Paz Rare Earth Project, which is located in La Paz County, Arizona, approximately 170 kilometers northwest of Phoenix. The La Paz Project covers over 2779 ha. Its projects also include Beaver Creek and Searchlight properties. The Searchlight Heavy Rare Earths Project is an exploration project located in a precious metal mining district in the eastern Mojave Desert Region.
