On Monday, the French Vivendi group announced its break-up and the listing of its various entities on different stock exchanges, including its flagship asset, the French TV channel Canal+, on the London Stock Exchange from 09:00 (08:00 GMT).

Canal+'s decision to list in London is both a disavowal for the Paris financial center and a boost for the London Stock Exchange, which has been suffering from corporate disaffection in recent years.

Advertising agency Havas, meanwhile, is listed on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange, with a reference price of 1.79 euros, representing a total valuation of 1.77 billion euros.

The Louis Hachette group, active in publishing, is listed on Euronext Growth in Paris.

Finally, the Vivendi holding company, stripped of most of its assets, continues to be listed on Euronext Paris, where it will eventually exit the CAC40.
