In response to the "Mon stage de seconde" initiative launched by the French government, TotalEnergies has announced that this year it will be welcoming nearly 1,000 young people in general and technological secondary school classes at all its sites in France.

The energy company has set itself the target of welcoming two-thirds of students from secondary schools located in priority neighborhoods or near its sites, and half of the students from secondary schools at its sites outside the Paris region.

This initiative follows on from last year's intake of more than 500 secondary school students, nearly 800 interns and more than 2,400 work-study students in 2023, 'demonstrating the company's active role in supporting their professional integration'.
