Taiwan Navigation Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2022. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 972.15 million compared to TWD 859.41 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 312.38 million compared to TWD 480.63 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.75 compared to TWD 1.15 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.75 compared to TWD 1.15 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was TWD 2,792.5 million compared to TWD 2,323.59 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 1,616.78 million compared to TWD 900.17 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 3.87 compared to TWD 2.16 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 3.87 compared to TWD 2.16 a year ago.

The Company operates its businesses through deep sea shipping business, including bulk goods shipping, container shipping and the agent operation of oil tankers; coastal shipping business, including the operation of automobile transportation ships and coal carriers, as well as general port business, including the operation of port tugboats.
