Through its subsidiaries, the Company mainly provides property management services and corresponding value-added services, hotel business and long-term rental apartment services. The Company operates three segments. The Property Management Services and Corresponding Value-Added Services segment provides property management services, value-added services to non-property owners and community value-added services, including consulting and pre-delivery service, and other services. The Hotel Business Services segment is engaged in hotel operations, leasing of commercial shopping arcades located within the hotel buildings, as well as provision of food and beverage and ancillary services in such premises. The Long-Term Rental Apartment Services segment operates long-term rental apartments.
