--SoftBank Group Chief Executive Masayoshi Son is seeking to partner with Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. to realize a trillion-dollar industrial complex in Arizona for building robots and artificial intelligence, Bloomberg reported Friday, citing unnamed sources.

--Son envisions a version of China's Shenzhen manufacturing hub that would bring high-tech manufacturing to the U.S., the Bloomberg report said.

--Representatives of SoftBank and TSMC declined to comment, the Bloomberg report said.
