DaDu River Hydropower Development CO.,LTD announced that it will raise CNY 248 million in an equity round of funding on October 9, 2024. The transaction will include participation from returning investors Sichuan Chuantou Energy Co.Ltd which holds 20% stake in the company and GD Power Development Co., Ltd. which holds 80% stake in the company. The company's registered capital is CNY 1,238 million.
The transaction has been approved at the special meeting of independent directors and approved by the resolution of the 32nd Session of the 11th Supervisory Committee. The transaction has been approved first Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.
