Séché Environnement SA (ENXTPA:SCHP) agreed to acquire Furia on August 7, 2023. In 2022, Furia has achieved revenue of around ?52 million and EBITDA of around ?6.5 million. The transaction is subject to the fulfillment of conditions precedent for the benefit of both parties. The transaction will be finalized in the weeks.
