Somewhat unexpectedly, the real estate company SBB is making a comeback as a shareholder in industry colleague Heba, a company in which it was previously a major shareholder but was forced to back out to free up capital. It reports Fastighetsvärlden.

SBB is once again a shareholder in the housing company Heba, where it has acquired just over 1 million B shares.
At the same time, the real estate profile Rutger Arnhult has increased his ownership in Heba by 1.5 million B shares and now owns over 3 million shares.

The largest shareholder in Heba, Industricentralen, has reduced its ownership slightly by selling a total of almost 5.4 million B shares. Industricentralen remains the largest owner with just over 15 percent of the capital in Heba.
