RS Group plc announces that, Non-Executive Director, Louisa Burdett will step down as Chair of the Audit Committee with effect from 15 July 2025. She will continue to be a member of the Audit Committee and in her other Board roles. Carole Cran will succeed Louisa as Chair of the Audit Committee with effect from 15 July 2025.
Carole joined the Board on 1 December 2024 as a Non-Executive Director and has been a member of the Audit Committee since her appointment. Carole is a chartered accountant and is currently chief financial officer of Halma plc.
