On November 15, 2024, the Fonds Stratégique de Participations - a specialized professional investment company with sub-funds - declared to the AMF that it had exceeded the threshold of 5% of the capital of Robertet, and held 7.14% of the capital and 3.84% of the voting rights.

This threshold crossing results from the acquisition of Robertet shares and investment certificates from DSM-Firmenich4.

Robertet specializes in the design, production, and marketing of aromatic products. Net sales break down by family of products as follows: - perfume compositions and bases (37.9%); - food flavors (36%); - natural flavor ingredients (23.2%); - ingredients for health and beauty products (2.9%).
