Brembo initiates sale of entire stake in Pirelli

(Alliance News) - Brembo NV on Tuesday announced that it has initiated a transaction to sell its entire stake of 55.8 million ordinary shares in Pirelli & C. Spa, equivalent to about 5.58 percent of its share capital.

The offering will be carried out through an accelerated bookbuilding procedure aimed at certain categories of institutional investors.

On Tuesday, Brembo closed down 1.6 percent to EUR9.68 per share, while Pirelli gave up 2.0 percent to EUR5.34 per share.
