Business description: Piotech Inc.

Piotech Inc is a China-based company principally engaged in the research, development, and sales of semiconductor thin film deposition equipment. The Company mainly provides three series of products. Plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) equipment can produce a solid-state thin film on the surface of silicon wafer, and is mainly used for memory chip manufacturing. Atomic layer deposition equipment is mainly used for logic chip manufacturing. Chemical vapor deposition (SACVD) equipment is mainly used for wafer manufacturing. The Company mainly sells its products within domestic market.
