PETRONAS Chemicals Group Berhad reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2024. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was MYR 7,728 million compared to MYR 7,113 million a year ago. Net income was MYR 777 million compared to MYR 628 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was MYR 0.1 compared to MYR 0.08 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was MYR 15,227 million compared to MYR 14,670 million a year ago. Net income was MYR 1,445 million compared to MYR 1,160 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was MYR 0.18 compared to MYR 0.15 a year ago.
