2. Auditing results of Consolidated Financial Statements by Accounting Auditors and the Board of Corporate Auditors
Items resolved:
Item 1: Approval of the proposed dividends from surplus
This item was approved as originally proposed (the year-end dividend is 28 yen per share).
Item 2: Election of ten Directors
As originally proposed, the ten candidates, namely Hideo Takasaki, Yosuke Miki, Yasuhiro Iseyama, Yasuhito Ohwaki, Tatsuya Akagi, Yoichiro Furuse, Wong Lai Yong, Michitaka Sawada, Yasuhiro Yamada and Mariko Eto were elected as Directors and they assumed their offices.Wong Lai Yong, Michitaka Sawada, Yasuhiro Yamada and Mariko Eto are Outside Directors stipulated in Item 15, Article 2 of the Companies Act of Japan.
