Renewable energies group Neoen has announced that at the close of the exercise period, which was open from May 22 to June 5 inclusive, 74.53% of rights had been exercised in favor of payment of its dividend in shares.

This operation will result in the creation of 641,770 new ordinary shares (bringing the total number of shares to 152,848,774), which will be settled and listed on Euronext Paris on June 11.

The cash dividend, to be paid to shareholders who have not opted to receive the balance of their 2023 dividend in shares, amounts to some 5.81 million euros, and will also be paid on June 11.
