Neoen: CDC back above 5% threshold
The public financial institution stated that it indirectly held 7,961,935 Neoen shares, representing the same number of voting rights.935 Neoen shares representing the same number of voting rights, i.e. 5.20% of the capital and voting rights of this producer of electricity from renewable energy sources.
As a reminder, on July 29, CDC had indirectly fallen below the thresholds of 5% of Neoen's capital and voting rights, following a reduction in the number of shares held as collateral.
