The gaming entertainment company MTG is putting its entire large cash flow at stake through the billion-dollar acquisition of
Israeli Plarium. This is what Affärsvärlden wrote in an analysis on Wednesday.

Plarium's most well-known game is the role-playing game Raid: Shadow Legends, which accounts for 70 percent of sales and often qualifies for global top lists of the best-selling games in the world

"With the risks still in mind, we like the acquisition of Plarium and believe it is the right way to go for MTG. When we use a valuation multiple of 7 times operating profit, there is almost 50 percent upside in the stock. In an optimistic scenario where the mobile gaming market improves, the stock could double," writes Affärsvärlden in its conclusion and reiterates its buy recommendation.
