Lippo Malls Indonesia Retail Trust is a retail real estate investment trust. The Company’s principal activities are to invest in a diversified portfolio of income-producing real estate properties in Indonesia. These are primarily used for retail and/or retail-related purposes. The primary objective is to deliver regular and stable distributions to Unitholders and to achieve long-term growth in the net asset value per unit. It has a portfolio of approximately 29 properties, including 22 retail malls and seven retail spaces located in other shopping malls. These assets have a total gross floor area (GFA) and a total net lettable area (NLA) approximately 1,840,490 square meters and 952,113 square meters. Its portfolio includes Grand Palladium Units, Palembang Icon, Palembang Square, Palembang Square Extension, Plaza Medan Fair, Bandung Indah Plaza, Cibubur Junction, Lippo Mall Kemang, Mall WTC Matahari Units, Pluit Village, Lippo Mall Puri, Lippo Mall Kuta, Lippo Plaza Kendari and others.
