An undisclosed buyer acquired unknown minority stake in Lagardere SA (ENXTPA:MMB) from Financière Agache Société Anonyme for approximately ?270 million on June 11, 2025. A cash consideration of ?271 million valued at ?24.1 per share will be paid by the buyer. As part of consideration, ?271 million is paid towards common equity of Lagardere SA.
