Kallol Enterprise Limited acquired remaining 75% stake in Jyothy Kallol Bangladesh Ltd. from Jyothy Labs Limited (BSE:532926) for BDT 30.2 million on March 25, 2025. A cash consideration of BDT 30.19 million will be paid by Kallol Enterprise Limited. As part of consideration, BDT 30.19 million is paid towards common equity of Jyothy Kallol Bangladesh Ltd.
