Today, December 12, the real estate company Intea begins trading on Nasdaq Stockholm. The company will list B and D shares traded on the Midcap segment with the ticker codes INTEA B and
INTEA D RESPECTIVELY.
The subscription price for the B-share will be in the range of SEK 38 to 40 per share. The subscription price for the D-share has been set at SEK 27.50, which corresponds to a dividend yield of 7.3 percent.
The price in the offer corresponds to a value for all A and B shares before the new issue of B shares between SEK 5.6 and 5.9 billion and SEK 1.6 billion for all D shares before the new issue of D shares.
Upon full subscription, Intea will raise SEK 2.0 billion through the issue of between 50.00 and 52.63 million B shares and SEK 27.5 million through the issue of 1 million D shares.
The offering also includes 11 million existing B shares, including over-allotment corresponding to 13 percent of the final number of B shares in the offering.
Anchor investors are Tredje AP-fonden, AFA Försäkring, Swedbank Robur, Länsförsäkringar Fondförvaltning and Bell Rock Capital Management, which have undertaken to subscribe for B shares for SEK 1.13 billion, corresponding to 46 percent of the offering of B shares.
