ING announces that, as part of its €2.5 billion share buyback program announced on May 2, it bought back 21.8 million shares last week, at an average price of €16.06, for a total consideration of almost €350.1 million.

The total number of shares bought back by the Dutch bank under its program to date is over 29.5 million for a total consideration of around 473 million euros, representing around 18.9% of the program's maximum total value.
