The Stockholm stock exchange started Thursday's trading with lower prices.

In the news, home improvement chain Clas Ohlson reported a substantial increase in earnings for the fourth quarter. The board is also proposing a significant increase in the dividend. The share is rewarded with a good rise.

Bidders EQT and Olof Hallrup are now waiving the acceptance level condition and are proceeding with their bid for business systems company Fortnox. The bidders control just over 80 percent of the shares in Fortnox.
The bid is SEK 89.75 per share, and the share is now trading in line with the bid level.

After 20 minutes of trading, the OMXS30 index was down 0.71 percent to 2,481.79. During the day, the index has moved within a range of -0.77 percent at its lowest and -0.43 percent at its highest.

The broad OMXSPI was down 0.69 percent.
