Ericsson announces the launch of its Gen-E Graduate program in Oman to train young Omani talent in the skills essential for advancement in the technology sector.

The program supports the country's Vision 2040 by strengthening local capabilities and promoting the employment of nationals.

The program offers hands-on training in cutting-edge technologies, including 5G, artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things, through local and international projects.

"We aim to prepare Oman's next generation of technology leaders by providing a hands-on learning experience aligned with the goals of Vision 2040," commented Abdullah Al Balushi, Managing Director of Ericsson Oman.
