Ericsson: launches ANA, an AI-based virtual assistant
Unlike traditional chatbots, ANA can generate customized text and graphics, based on technical documents and customer network specifics, significantly reducing administration times.
Hosted in Ericsson's environment to ensure data confidentiality, ANA offers features such as knowledge summary or configuration assistance.
Demonstrations of the new features will be shown at Ericsson's booth at NRF 2025, this month in New York.
