Corem had negative net leasing in Q4 - Ericsson has terminated an agreement in Kista
The main reason for this is that Ericsson has terminated one of its premises agreements in Kista. As a result, the lease will be reduced by approximately 33,000 square meters by the end of 2025. At the same time, an agreement for 1,600 square meters has been extended. After the changes, Ericsson's total lease with Corem amounts to approximately 86,000 square meters, of which 56,000 square meters are in Kista.
"Our cooperation with Ericsson is very good, and it continues going forward. We see it as natural that our customers need to adjust their space according to how the business looks, and this means reduction as well as the need for increase," says Corem's CEO Rutger Arnhult.
For the full year 2024, net leasing will be positive at approximately SEK 61 million, compared with positive SEK 99 million excluding Q4 with the terminated Ericsson agreement.
