LONDON (dpa-AFX Broker) - British bank Barclays has downgraded Eon shares from "overweight" to "equal weight" with an unchanged target price of €15.50. Despite their above-average performance, European utilities generally still have immense upside potential, Dominic Nash wrote in his industry commentary on Wednesday. Security of supply has become a key issue, he said. Nash is taking a wait-and-see approach to Eon and Snam after their strong performance so far this year. By contrast, he has raised Engie to "overweight" due to its clear valuation discount. /ag/zb
