EBOS Group Limited announced the appointment of Ms. Coline McConville as an independent director, effective 1 February 2025. Ms. McConville joins EBOS with over 20 years of governance experience across a wide range of organizations operating in different countries and industries, primarily in the UK and Europe. Ms. McConville is currently a director of Kings Cross Central General Partnership and 3i Group plc and a member of the Supervisory Board of German-based Tui AG.

Her previous directorships include TUI Travel, UTV Media, Travis Perkins, Fevertree Drinks, Inchcape, Wembley National Stadium, Shed Media, Halifax and HBOS. During her executive career, Ms. McConville was Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Clear Channel Communications (now iHeartMedia Inc.) and a management consultant with McKinsey and LEK. Ms. McConville, is an Australian citizen currently residing in the UK.

It is expected that she will be returning to Australia in the near term. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Jurisprudence from the University of New South Wales and an MBA from Harvard Business School. The Board has determined that Ms. McConville will be an independent director.

This appointment is consistent with EBOS' Board succession planning. EBOS has appointed five new directors since July 2021 with a diverse mix of skills. Following the commencement of Mr. Matt Muscio on 1 January 2025 and Ms. McConville on 1 February 2025, the Board will comprise seven directors, of which six will be independent.
