The Hospitality segment is engaged in the management and operation of hotels, serviced apartments and restaurants. Its activities are driven by four main growth engines in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor's Iskandar Malaysia, and Central London. The Company's properties include Arica, Andaman, the Meg, Martinique, Abrezza, Skye, Cayman, Caspian, Avalon, Acacia, Ariza, Amaris, Andorra, Quayside Seafront Resort Condominiums, Suites at Straits Quay, the Tamarind, Conlay, and Dua Residency, among others.
