On October 10, 2024, Vincent Stoquart informed Clearway Energy, Inc. of his intention to resign from the board of directors of the Company effective as of the close of business on October 23, 2024. Mr. Stoquart?s resignation from the Board was not the result of any disagreement with the Company.
