Rights Foundation filed an exempt solicitation statement soliciting proxies and urged the shareholders of Caesars Entertainment, Inc. to vote for a shareholder proposal, requesting the Board of Directors commission and disclose a report on the potential cost savings through the adoption of a smokefree policy for Caesars Entertainment properties. The report should be prepared at reasonable cost, omitting confidential and proprietary information, at the Company?s annual shareholders meeting scheduled to be held on June 10, 2025.
