(Alliance News) - Bialetti Industrie Spa announced that it closed the 2024 financial year with a net loss of EUR1.1 million, an improvement on the negative result of EUR2.2 million recorded as of December 31, 2023.
Consolidated revenues amounted to EUR 149.5 million, an increase of 5.9% compared to EUR 141.2 million in the previous year.
The normalized EBITDA is positive at 23.1 million euros, marking a growth of 20% compared to 19.2 million euros in 2023, thanks also to investments in marketing equal to 6.4 million euros.
EBIT is positive at EUR18.1 million, up 22% compared to EUR14.9 million in the previous year.
Net financial indebtedness as of December 31, 2024, amounted to EUR 114.6 million, an increase compared to EUR 108.1 million in the previous year, mainly due to the effect of an adjustment of financial debts according to IFRS 9 and the reduction in cash and cash equivalents, only partially offset by the subscription of participatory financial instruments for EUR 1.1 million.
In the first three months of 2025, the results show growth compared to the same period in 2024, both in sales and in normalized EBITDA.
