Séché Environnement SA (ENXTPA:SCHP) agreed to acquire ECO Industrial Environmental Engineering Pte Ltd. from Beijing Capital (Hong Kong) Limited for approximately SGD 610 million on June 17, 2024. A cash consideration of SGD 605 million will be paid by Séché Environnement SA. The transaction will be financed through financing facility from a bank. For the period ending December 31, 2023, ECO Industrial Environmental Engineering Pte Ltd. reported total revenue of SGD 96 million and EBITDA of SGD 41 million. The transaction is subject to approval of offer by Beijing Capital Eco-Environment Protection Group Co., Ltd.'s shareholders.
