The Board of Directors Meeting of ALLY REIT Management Company Limited, as the REIT Manager ("The Company") of ALLY Freehold and Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust ("ALLY"), held on 27 December 2024 had passed the resolution to appoint the new independent director namely Mr. Vichai Bencharongkul, which will be effective from 1 January 2025 onwards. In this regard, the Company has completed the registration of the new independent director with Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce.
