Ally Freehold and Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust Announces Cash Dividend Payment of the Operating Period from January 1, 2025 to March 31, 2025, Payable on June 25, 2025
The Board of Directors Meeting of ALLY REIT Management Company Limited, as a REIT manager of ALLY Freehold and Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust, held on May 15, 2025 had passed a resolution of ALLY with details as follow: That the distribution of returns from the operation period from January 1, 2025 to March 31, 2025 be at THB 0.1100 per unit, and the payment date will be on June 25, 2025, ALLY will determine the right of trustholders who are entitled to receiving the distribution of returns by closing the investment unit register book to suspend the transfers of investment unit on June 4, 2025.
ALLY Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust (the Trust) is a diversified real estate investment trust. The Trust's investment policy is to invest in core assets which comprise all types of freehold and leasehold real estate and assets that are components, machinery, or equipment of the aforementioned assets, such as shopping mall, department store, community mall and other commercial space (Core component), including other commercial properties (Non-core component), such as convention hall, office building, commercial building, exhibition hall, warehouse and storage that supports other properties which it invests in, parking building, wholesale/retail market, and properties that generate recurring incomes, including commercial property and other property that is relevant or supportive of real estate rental business and business that supports its investment. ALLY REIT Management Company Limited serves as the Trust's manager and SCB Asset Management Company Limited as the Trustee.
