The Board of Directors Meeting No. 2/2025 of ALLY REIT Management Company Limited, in its capacity as the REIT Manager of ALLY Freehold and Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust ("ALLY"), held on 8 April 2025, has resolved to approve the acquisition of additional assets by investing in leasehold rights over land and buildings comprising T10 Project and Village Hub Saimai Project in accordance with the following details: Investment of the additional investment assets - (a) T10 Project: Details: T10 Project; Type of asset: Shopping center building; Location: No. 164 Moo.
