The focus for the day is on Abliva, which received a takeover bid, and Proact's profit warning for the fourth quarter.

At the close, the OMXS30 index was down 0.46 percent to 2,544.60. Shares worth around SEK 16.8 billion were traded on the Stockholm Stock Exchange.

The best performance among the stock exchange's major industrial sectors was health care with an increase of 0.5 percent. At the other end of the scale, energy was at the bottom with minus 1.1 percent.

Among the leading stocks, which are included in the OMXS30 index, Sinch rose 3.4 percent while Saab was up 0.7 percent. SBB B was the worst performer, down 2.1 percent, while Volvo was down 2.0 percent.

Pharming Technologies has submitted a recommended offer for Abliva worth SEK 0.45 in cash per share, which corresponds to a premium of 227 percent compared to the last closing price on Friday. The offer values Abliva at approximately SEK 725.3 million. Abliva rallied 206 percent.

Data storage company Proact IT issues a profit warning for the fourth quarter. At the same time, the CEO leaves the company. For Q4, adjusted ebita earnings are expected to be 20-30 percent lower compared to the same period last year. At the same time, revenues are expected to fall by 10-15 percent. The share fell 15.7 percent.
Mildef is choosing to fully focus on the defense and security domain. This means that it will integrate its subsidiary Handheld's products for the defense industry into the rest of the business, and discontinue the other sales segments within Handheld. As a result, the company will incur restructuring costs of approximately SEK 310 million in the fourth quarter. At the same time, the company announced an agreement with BAE Systems Hägglunds worth approximately SEK 80 million. Mildef fell 1.4 percent.

The technology group Sdiptech has acquired all shares in Danish Wintex Agro, which is described as a leading player in the development and manufacture of automatic soil samplers for the agricultural sector. The company's annual operating profit is approximately DKK 5 million. Sdiptech fell 1.1 percent.

Industrial company Engcon's CEO Krister Blomgren has today sold 300,000 shares in Engcon at a price of SEK 107.20 per share. This gives a sales sum of just over SEK 32 million. After the sale, Krister Blomgren owns 959,400 shares in Engcon. The share fell 3.5 percent.

Today's analysis shows that Kepler Cheuvreux initiates coverage with a buy recommendation and a target price of SEK 28 for Sinch.

Wise Group rose 10.5 percent after Affärsvärlden put a buy recommendation on the share.

ABG Sundal Collier lowers Dustin to hold from buy and lowers the target price to SEK 6 from SEK 13. The share fell 1.7 percent.

Pareto lowers its recommendation for Traton to hold from buy and lowers the target price to 375 kronor from 460. The share fell 8 percent.

EFN has set a buy recommendation for Addnode, which fell 0.1 percent.
