Slight decline on the Stockholm Stock Exchange, OMXS30 index down 0.3 percent
The best performance among the stock exchange's major industrial sectors was energy with a rise of 0.59 percent. At the other end of the scale, financials were at the bottom, down 0.81%.
Among the leading stocks, which are included in the OMXS30 index, SBB B rose 6.9 percent while Saab was up 1.9 percent. Nordea was the worst performer, down 2.0 percent, while H&M was down 2.0 percent.
Door and window manufacturer Inwido reiterated its long-term financial targets in connection with the capital markets day. The company aims to reach SEK 20 billion in sales by 2030. Furthermore, the company's business units in Scotland have won business worth SEK 300 million over two years. The share rose 3.7 percent.
The real estate company Brinova and K-Fastigheter have entered into an agreement, whereby Brinova acquires K-Fastigheter's real estate companies in Skåne, Småland and Denmark with payment through newly issued shares in Brinova. The acquisition comprises 108 properties, primarily residential, at a valuation of SEK 10.8 billion. K-Fastigheter will become the majority owner of Brinova, but plans to distribute these shares to its shareholders. Brinova fell 3.5 percent and K-Fastigheter fell 6.6 percent.
Healthcare company Medicover has decided to evaluate the possibility of listing its Indian hospital subsidiary in India. If the listing goes ahead, it is expected to take between 12 to 24 months to complete. The purpose of the listing is said to be to further support the company's growth ambitions in the fast-growing Indian market. The share climbed 7.2 percent.
The pharmaceutical company Moberg Pharma announced that the results from the phase 3 study of MOB-015 in North America confirm that it did not meet the primary endpoint. The announcement comes after the company announced in September that clinical healing from MOB-015 was lower than expected, based on a subset of patients in the study. The patients were treated with MOB-015 for nail fungus. The share price fell by 40%.
Life science investment company Karolinska Development halves its stake in Ossdsign.
40 million shares are sold to industry colleague Linc in a deal worth nearly SEK 40 million. Karolinska's share rose 8.6 percent while Linc increased 1.5 percent. Ossdsign was also up 1.4 percent.
Engineering company AQ Group's chairman and major shareholder Claes Mellgren sold shares for SEK 83 million. The share was up 0.3 percent.
Kepler Cheuvrex lowered its recommendation for IT retailer Dustin to hold, from buy. The target price was cut from SEK 11 to SEK 4.70. The share fell 5.6 percent.
