Recovery on the Stockholm Stock Exchange towards the end of Wednesday, OMXS30 index down 0.1 percent
At the close, the OMXS30 index was down 0.07% to 2,512.56. Shares worth around SEK 17.7 billion were traded on the Stockholm Stock Exchange.
The best performance among the stock exchange's major industrial sectors was telecommunications with an increase of 0.5 percent. At the other end of the scale, real estate was at the bottom with minus 1.2 percent.
Among the leading shares, which are included in the OMXS30 index, Nibe rose 2.3% while Getinge was up 1.5%. Electrolux was the worst performer, down 2.6%, while SKF was down 1.8%.
Pharmaceutical company Astra Zeneca's £450 million investment in the UK is now being reviewed and talks with the government on incentives are continuing, according to several media reports. The investment was announced in March and is on hold while talks continue. Nordea raised Astra Zeneca to buy from sell. The share rose 1.2 percent.
Industrial company Alfa Laval was up 0.5 percent. The company has been awarded two contracts worth SEK 350 million to supply technology linked to HVO pre-treatment to Europe's largest biofuel plant.
Cash management company Loomis maintains its margin target as the company updates its financial targets for the strategy period 2025-2027. The target for the ebita margin is left at 12-14 percent, given that this target also applied to the strategy period 2022-2024. The share fell 0.8 percent.
Cybersecurity company Yubico reported increased sales, ARR and profit in the third quarter compared to the same period last year. The company experienced strong growth during the quarter, which is usually weak. The stock fell 8.7 percent.
Home electronics chain Elon reported a decrease in sales in the third quarter compared to the same period last year. Operating profit increased to SEK 17 million, from SEK 15 million. The share went down 3.4 percent.
K2A reports a profit from property management of SEK 0.4 million in the third quarter, compared to SEK 7.7 million in the same period last year. Net asset value amounted to SEK 18.94, compared with SEK 18.96 at the end of June this year and SEK 21.01 as of September 30 last year. The B share fell 7 percent.
On the analysis front, Nordea raised its recommendation on Systemair to buy from hold. The share rose 8.2 percent.
ABG raised Vitec to buy from keep. The share rose 3.8 percent.
Kepler Cheuvreux initiates coverage of Cibus with buy. The share fell 0.6 percent.
