The Labor Department reports that producer prices in the USA rose by 0.1% in July compared with the previous month, and by 0.3% excluding food, energy and business services.
Expressed as an annual variation, the rise in producer prices slowed by 0.5 points to 2.2% on a gross basis last month, but accelerated very slightly (+0.1 points) to 3.3% excluding food, energy and commercial services.
