STUTTGART (BOERSE STUTTGART GMBH) - Euwax Trends on the Stuttgart Stock Exchange

Investor trends

1. call warrant on ASML (WKN SV9XFA)

ASML announced its results for the third quarter in mid-October and disappointed investors with a slump in order intake. ASML expects an increase in sales for the fourth quarter, but anticipates a decline in the gross margin. After a drop in the share price of around 20% following the quarterly figures, the shares have stabilized and this week we see an increase of around 3.5%. The current share price is 664.90 euros. A call warrant on ASML is in demand in Stuttgart.

2. put warrant on Cameco (WKN SY7K01)

Cameco will publish its quarterly figures on November 07, 2024. Analysts expect earnings per share of CAD 0.259, compared to CAD 0.340 in the previous year. Revenue is expected to increase by 33.68% to CAD 768.8 million, compared to CAD 575.1 million in the previous year. In view of the growing demand for uranium for nuclear energy, Cameco's share price has recently risen. After reaching a new all-time high of 58.71 US dollars on Tuesday, the share price is currently falling slightly and one share in the Canadian mining group currently costs 54.08 US dollars. A put warrant on Cameco is mostly bought on Euwax.

3. knock-out call on the DAX (WKN MJ2WMN)

Uncertainty in the run-up to the US election and the question of the Fed's future course continue to weigh on the markets. Nevertheless, some investors are venturing back onto the trading floor. After a series of three days of losses, the DAX is showing signs of optimism, crossing the 19,500-point mark in the course of trading. The ongoing reporting season, in which companies from Germany, Europe and the USA present their quarterly figures, is the main source of momentum. At midday, the DAX is hovering around the 19,500-point mark, 0.6% above the previous day's level. Knock-out investors are eagerly trading the DAX, with a call leading the way.

Euwax Sentiment Index

After losses, the DAX recovered today. It climbed to a daily high of 19,552 points and is currently around 0.6% higher at 19,495 points. The Euwax Sentiment indicator is also recovering and shows +10 points at midday.
