Investment objective
The iBET Sports Betting & Gaming ETF (?IBET ETF?)is an actively managed exchange-traded fund (?ETF?) that seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the Fund?s net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in securities of companies of any market capitalization, including foreign issuers, that are engaged in the Fund?s investment theme. A company is deemed to be engaged in the Fund?s theme if (i) it derives a significant portion of its revenue (greater than 50% of revenue) or market value (devotes at least 50% of its capital) from the theme of the betting, sports, sports entertainment, and/or iGaming industries and/or technology or (ii) it has stated its primary business to be in products, services, or technologies focused on the theme of betting, sports, sports entertainment, and iGaming.
